Roadmap

Complete one order first, then expand content and nodes.

ORDIVA builds in the order of the capabilities one order needs: first close the loop, then expand content and node coverage.

See how one order flows

Development path

Four stages, building what one order needs.

The first pilots favor institutional image tasks where content sources, purposes and delivery standards can be made clear. Pilots use real business to validate license matching, processing quality, manual review volume, unit cost and ongoing use.

  1. Stage 1

    Rights and content foundation

    Build focus
Content identity, evidence management, institutional permissions, license data structures, an independent test network
    Resulting capability
Able to manage a batch of content with its sources, statements and scope of use
  2. Stage 2

    AI collaboration and acceptance

    Build focus
Classification and dedupe, search, task scheduling, work receipts, review workbench
    Resulting capability
Able to run specified tasks, link the process and complete acceptance
  3. Stage 3

    Delivery and settlement pilot

    Build focus
License enforcement, access gateway, delivery proof, fee rules, payment receipts and dispute process
    Resulting capability
Able to complete real licensing, processing, delivery and payment reconciliation
  4. Stage 4

    Network and use case expansion

    Build focus
Independent institutional nodes, external AI services, API access, media adaptation
    Resulting capability
Able to let more participants collaborate under the same rules
  1. Later use cases

Design assets, digital artwork archives and AI data services are adapted on the image foundation as needed. Video and audio add the corresponding content processing capabilities. General contribution evaluation moves forward only after validation in bounded tasks.

  2. Schedule and investment

Specific schedules and investment are set around the pilot scope, partner organizations, data conditions and full delivery needs. Earlier estimates for a content rights solution are not a firm delivery commitment once collaboration and settlement are added.

Current stage

Plans and a showcase prototype exist, the production system is not yet live.

The project has a unified positioning, an initial architecture and a business path, and has completed a bilingual showcase website and a browser interaction prototype.

Project materials so far

  • Unified positioning
  • Initial architecture
  • Business path
  • Bilingual showcase website
  • Browser interaction prototype
  1. For presenting the project

These results are for presenting the project to investors and partners and do not mean a production system is live.

  2. The demo does not actually run

The website's main visual does not show real network activity, and the business demo has not actually run AI, issued formal licenses, written to a chain or made payments.

Next stage

Not just putting content on chain, but completing real tasks.

The goal of the next stage is for a task initiated by a real need to complete licensing, processing, acceptance, delivery and settlement reconciliation, with records that clearly explain what happened at each step.

Capabilities to build

  • Production candidate permissioned chain
  • Content and evidence services
  • AI scheduling and quality review
  • Formal licensing process
  • Controlled delivery
  • Payment reconciliation and dispute handling

Investment focus

  • Protocol and business engineering
  • AI and data processing
  • Institutional onboarding
  • Review, security and governance
  • Pilot operations
  1. Pilot evaluation

Pilots assess whether customers are willing to pay and reuse, whether each party can keep providing services, and whether per-item processing and labor costs support scaling up.

  2. Budget set separately

A specific budget is set separately once the actual tasks and partnership terms are settled, with no invented funding amounts or return targets.
