Project brief
One independent chain,three linked ledgers.
ORDIVA is a proposed infrastructure project combining an independent permissioned chain, an AI compute network and smart contracts. It connects content licensing, AI collaboration, delivery acceptance and settlement, so content providers, AI service providers and enterprise customers can do business under clear rules.

More than a digital certificate, more than a model call.
ORDIVA aims to build an independent permissioned chain that, together with an AI compute network and smart contracts, connects content providers, AI service providers, reviewers and enterprise customers, providing a shared foundation for the licensed use, intelligent processing, delivery acceptance and settlement of digital content.

Starting with photos and images
The project starts with photos, images and digital content. It first links each piece of content to an identity, source materials, rights statements and license conditions, then uses AI for recognition, classification, deduplication, search and evidence curation. The system then organizes this content into specific customer tasks, records participants' work and delivery results, and creates a settlement basis as agreed.
Connecting one complete order
ORDIVA goes beyond generating a digital certificate for content, and beyond providing a single model call. It proposes to connect one order from input, licensing and processing through to delivery and payment, so different organizations can collaborate under clear rules.
Each party paid as agreed
Content providers bring properly licensed content, AI service providers and compute nodes do the processing, reviewers accept against standards, enterprise customers receive the agreed results, and each party is paid as agreed.
Three ledgers, one chain
The three ledgers are the Rights ledger, the Work ledger and the Settlement ledger. They are not three blockchains, but three kinds of linked business records on the same chain. Original content, AI inference and actual payments connect through their own services. The blockchain and smart contracts handle key records, business rules and state coordination.
The business to connect
Not just the content, but the business behind it.
ORDIVA focuses on cases where several parties use and process the same content. This kind of business needs to connect three kinds of information.
Rights information
Where the content comes from, who claims which rights and on what basis, and whether the current purpose falls within the license.
Work information
Who processed which content, with what models and methods, which version of the result was produced, and whether the delivery met the agreed standard.
Settlement information
What the customer bought, how each fee was agreed, which work has been accepted, when payment can be made and how disputes are handled.
ORDIVA organizes these three kinds of information within one set of business relationships. It does not ask customers to understand complex blockchain concepts, but gives them a clear result in each actual use: inputs with a basis, processing that can be traced, delivery with proof and fees that can be checked.
Long-term vision
A shared foundationfor trusted collaboration.
ORDIVA's long-term vision is a trusted collaboration network connecting digital content, AI services and enterprise needs.
Content
Content is not just stored, but takes part in business with a clear source and license.
AI
AI does not just return a result, but leaves a record of input, processing and acceptance.
Collaboration
Collaboration does not rely on verbal agreements alone, but produces a verifiable basis for delivery and settlement.
The project starts with one image, one set of assets and one clear task, and gradually connects more content types, service nodes and industry applications. ORDIVA aims to be not a platform that owns all content, but a shared foundation that lets different parties collaborate around content with trust.
One-minute introduction
A project introductionready to forward.
ORDIVA aims to build an independent permissioned chain, together with an AI compute network and smart contracts, to create rights, collaboration and settlement infrastructure for digital content.
The project starts with photos and images. It first links content sources, rights evidence and use licenses, then organizes AI services for recognition, deduplication, classification and data curation. Each task keeps work and acceptance records, ultimately connecting licensed delivery with payment to every party.
The system organizes one order through the Rights ledger, the Work ledger and the Settlement ledger: content providers supply content cleared for use, AI service providers and compute nodes do the processing, reviewers accept against standards, enterprise customers receive the results, and each party earns income as agreed.
ORDIVA plans to earn commercial revenue through institutional services, AI processing and protocol access, then expand to design assets, digital artwork archives, video, audio and AI data services. A plan and a showcase prototype exist today. The next stage advances a production system and business pilots around real institutional tasks.
Content with provenance. Use with permission. Work with proof. Payment on agreed terms.
